Race Highlights
Belinda has been an international Triathlon professional since she made her first Australian team in 1995. Although triathlon has become her career, it wasn't without competition from other areas, such as other sports or a business career. Indeed, as a junior Belinda was a national-level swimmer, track and cross-country runner, soccer player, touch footballer, and Triathlete. After leaving school Belinda pursued a University degree before Triathlon professionalism meant she couldn't juggle both. However, this didn't stop her from trying her hand in business, and quickly became a manager of a large electricity company in Australia. These days Belinda only has time for Triathlon, family and sponsor commitments, however, she continues to do volunteer work with her local church. Belinda has been a finalist in the Young Australian of the Year Awards three times for her commitment to Sport and Community. Race Highlights
